Numerous times called because a family member was sick and they never answer! And then when they finally do answer there's no available appointments. I've had to pay out of pocket for health care because of this place.
The only reason I’m leaving a 5 star is due to Jennifer Scoggins in Administration. After being denied to be seen after I was transferred from Choctaw nation and having my role number, the lady in dental refused to let me go to the appointment that I made because I didn’t have a physical card on me. I’m not going to lie, I was so mad I was in tears after waiting over a month for the appt. and being in pain (wisdom teeth need to be removed). Absolutelythe slowest pharmacy in town. The employees here need to do better. It shouldn't take over 35 minutes to grab an ointment. Don't depend on this place for refills either. It's not busy and the one at the right window was chatting, small talk, with someone while 3 of us were waiting. It's Ridiculous.
Great health care providers! They really care about their patients and it's always nice and clean.
