Not only did he replace our 30-year-old AC unit and furnace.... But he went through all of the options and explained the differences and explained why he thought we needed the options we were given to choose from. He explained in detail about what he was testing to diagnose the furnace correctly. It was an evening time call and he didn’t hesitate to solve our issue. Much appreciated and highly recommend.
