Contacted Houston with RedBird Service Co and he promptly made it to our house to get our heater operating correctly. He explained in detail about what he was testing to diagnose the furnace correctly. It was an evening time call and he didn’t hesitate to solve our issue. Much appreciated and highly recommend. EDITED: We asked Houston to service our a/c unit 2 years ago. He was busy with family things, so we said no problem. We asked again a couple of months later and never heard back from him. We finally went with someone else. Previous experience: Houston took the time to explain our system in detail and fixed several little issues, and went above and beyond, fixing an air flow issue as well. His experience and knowledge was amazing, and he is very reasonably priced.
