EDITED: We asked Houston to service our a/c unit 2 years ago. He was busy with family things, so we said no problem. We asked again a couple of months later and never heard back from him. We finally went with someone else. Previous experience: Houston took the time to explain our system in detail and fixed several little issues, and went above and beyond, fixing an air flow issue as well. His experience and knowledge was amazing, and he is very reasonably priced.

Houston is great. Twice now we have had issues where our AC has stopped running, and both time he's stopped soon after we called and saved the day. He is very reasonable, only charging for the work he does, and does great work!

I found Houston to be the consummate professional: friendly, efficient, a great communicator and one who completes the job with high quality workmanship. I experienced a problem with my furnace this morning, unfortunately, right before we are expecting a major storm and some very frigid weather.
