Redbird is a wonderful place to have your physical therapy done. I highly recommend my physical therapist Ida Kolodzienvzyk. She is very knowledgeable and worked with my injuries, fears, and body abilities to help me recover and be stronger than I was. Her approach to figuring out how I could improve with my limitations spurred me to work harder and I got great results that make my life so much better. Thank you Ida! Seth is the best physical therapist I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable and explains the reasons why he’s asking you to do a certain exercise. Work involved broken hip recovery and pre-hab for an upcoming knee replacement.
