Justin answered the phone the first time. He set an appointment and then his machine broke. But he contacted right away and let me know what was going on. He took it to get fixed immediately and called me late that afternoon to offer to come and get it done. I asked if he was available the next day and he was happy to make the appointment. He came the next day, introduced himself and apologized for the prior day. His price was reasonable and he did a great job. I will definitely use his service in the future.
They were able to clean an area rug that I thought could not be salvaged due to pet accidents! Did a wonderful job I would refer anyone to them.
Justin went above and beyond what was expected! Very professional and highly recommended!
