We want to get our stuff out of storage and delivered to our home. Have tried numerous means of communicating and not getting any response. We have paid them every single month for 4 years and are getting increasingly frustrated. We will be contacting the NY State Attorney General to file a complaint if we don't hear back soon.
The team did a great job over the course of our two day move. They were extremely professional and courteous and incredibly neat. I would highly recommend Roadway if you are contemplating a move
Avoid at all costs. I used the service in May for 3 weeks, so was charged a month. That should have been it. The service itself was ok. Delivery and pick up of the boxes was both late by an hour. 2 Stars. I just found out they charged me for August and September. Called them 3 times and whatever extension you try, it will just ask you to leave a voicemail. It is impossible to talk to a person. I also never got any emails from them. only texts, which is strange.
I really like this service. It’s exactly the amount of storage you need when you need it. It saved me when I had to make a quick work move to DC. The staff is always courteous and the drivers are prompt.
