Had another company scheduled to come out for clogged drain and they bailed on us that day and the following day because they said they had a higher priority call. Called redbeard late Monday evening and they were able to come out the next day. Dovanon came out for the call. Dude was super cool and fixed the issue quickly with no problem.
Was extremely pleased with the service I received. Could not have been friendlier or more professional. Everything was explained up front there were no surprises. Could not be more happy with the work!!!

This is the second time recently that we used Redbeard Plumbing for our business. They answer the phone promptly, there is a friendly, helpful voice on the other end. Both times they have been able to come to our establishment within an hour or so to do the work. They have come prepared, they are efficient, friendly, thorough and cost effective. Used Yelp to locate a plumber for a possible in wall leak. Sam was the first plumber to respond so we connected and he came out within 2 hours. Extremely personable, knowledgeable and cost effective. He explained what he found, showed us and discussed the repair before moving forward. Since in the last year we had a new HVAC system and tankless water heater installed he also reviewed the BTU each used and looked at our gas meter to ensure it was compatible for the volume.
