These guys have a 5 star rating in all of their reviews for a reason. I had an emergency situation and called Tuesday morning. On the Sunday between Christmas & New Year, we woke up to no water. The well pump needed replacing over 300 feet down. Red Beard saved the day, working WELL into the dark of a cold winter evening to restore the flow of water and give my sweet dog a fresh drink.
Sam did an expert, professional job replacing my electric tankless water heater. Most people I called said they didn't mess with electric tankless water heaters. He explained the process, the methodology, and restored my hot water in less than 24 hours. The little things can sometimes become big things, so I'm grateful to have found Redbeard.
