They got the best doctors
I showed up 20 minutes early for my daughter’s 6 week vaccinations. Was made to wait 40 minutes so I missed school pickup for other kids. When we finally got called into room with Dr. Akbar she informed us that they did not have the required vaccinations in stock. I could have received a call. I could have been made aware upon arrival. Instead I sat and waited for no reason. Yet if I was late or missed the appointment I would have been charged $40??

Goated clinic
Very substandard. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because it’s bulk billed. Otherwise the GP Lixuan Lu and the nurse were both quite rude. The asked the same questions twice each time and I answered, I didn’t say though that I literally gave the answer just before they asked it again.
