As a supplier to this company I can only give one star (since I have to give one at least) - it takes months to get invoices paid. Calls are not returned, emails are not acknowledged and payments which were promised to be made do not happen unless I follow up for several weeks in a row. We deliver against prepayment only.
Does not pay their bills. Owes us over $50,000 and stopped communicating. Went smooth for a year and then when they racked up enough debt they stopped paying and started using another broker that they did the same thing to. Do not do business with this company.
What kind of AP persons do you hired, I am unable to get any response from them for a month now, there are overdue invoices aging 265 days. So disappointing.
One of newer customers that we pick up from and shipping clerks are always friendly.
Love delivering there. In and out really quick. Polite and friendly people.
