Beautiful place for a house
I have family in his subdivision who he is currently bullying with an HOA years after purchase. Currently in litigation in the courts. If you buy be very very careful!

What an awesome Neighborhood
I’m a huge fan of our neighborhood; Reda Estates. A beautifully manicured space, awesome and spacious homes/lots, and no city tax lol The newer phases do have a small HOA fee due to cluster boxes needed for receiving mail. New homes are being added monthly and the subdivision continues to grow, which as a home owner is great for raising home values. Come join us back in the county; you won’t regret it.
