I owned a rental home that had such severe foundation damage that it had become unrentable. I am in my seventies. Payments without rental income had become a serious problem for me. Poor experience I had to deal with. Ted was supposed to help my family find a home,We paid him 500$ for his time, and services. No questions asked. Oh big huge mistake.... , he wouldn’t call us every week with a update like he said he was going to do. This was worst mistake ever , we gave him plenty of time. 3 months and nothing? He would tell us the same thing every week.... Nothing would ever fall through. He lied and basically bs this whole thing he never found us a house.. I would give 0 stars if I could. Ted Melcher has come by my home THREE times. I have a No Soliciting Home NOT For Sale sign on my front door. Ted has been advised since his first visit that we were not interested, to please respect the no solicitation sign, & to not come back. Each time he’s come by he’s been super aggressive & will not take no for an answer, even with the threat of police being called. Ted Melcher is a god send to me and my family! He went above and beyond to help us get into a wonderful home when nobody else could! He helped us out in so many ways and we are truly grateful to have met him!
