Cashier was in a rush to get off shift an to close up store n to be fair I was there at 7:50 n he let me try on a few pair but told me that I would have to pay shipping cost if I wanted them shipped to my work the next morning if I did not take the 40 min drive back to the store . An in the end he set my boots aside n I called in the next Day with the P.O. # n they shipped the boots to my work for free ! It was another cashier who took to pO # down n shipped then out .so all n all as a team at red wing they made it all work ... read more
Open time is 10am on a Saturday, I waited 30min for someone to open up shop and still no one.
Entered the store at 3pm on a Thursday. I was greeted by 2 dogs and never saw a store employee for the 10 mins I was there, so I left. Great business....
