During a world wide pandemic she drained my banking account 5 months in advance and will not return my calls or emails. she even directly hung up on my sister when she was inquiring general information on a room. I would suggest NOT booking here, being in hotel management myself for 10 years she has proven to be unethical and unprofessional in every possible perspective.

They refused my reservation twcie stating I had insufficient funds. My bank told me an error was occurring on their end. The woman on the phone was in no way trying to help this situation. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere, where people understand customer service. I'm sure it would have been a great place to stay, but I guess my money is no good there. Their loss I guess.

Such a lovely place to stay with fantastic views. Non corporate and locally owned, two things I always love. Suzy,the owner, was such a gracious hostess. She offered lots of local info. Beautiful place. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
You will love staying here! It's been beautifully remodeled and the owner Suzie is the sweetest person ever! We are already planning a week long stay next year with friends! I also like the fact it's just off the main drag in Manitou so you don't have to deal with as much traffic and you have easy access to Hwy 24. Can't wait til next summer! <3
