Staff is incompetent, a gray haired man was exceptionally angry and rude. Cannot believe he even works in the field, I wouldn't except his tempermant in sewage work, let alone mental health. Update: The field of mental health requires empathy, compassion and understanding. If you can't apply these traits in normal life, I would not trust you to apply them anywhere, especially not when addressing someone else's mental health.
Red Willow is amazing. Everyone that I worked with or met were very friendly and welcoming. Both the IOP and the individual therapy that I did were life changing for me and my family. Would highly recommend if you are looking to improve your life! I would give the IOP program 10 out 5 stars
My counselor, Angela has been a literal life saver. Her ability to listen with compassion, no judgement is peaceful and profound. The feedback and tools she has shared with me, I will carry and turn to for the rest of my life. If you're looking for gentle strength that makes a difference, look no further.
