It takes courage to seek mental help. I did that and booked my appointment at the Murray Red Willow Center. When I arrived, the office was locked, dark, and deserted. I knocked for 5 minutes, no one came, so I left. Shame on them! My advice? Seek services elsewhere.
Therapist was playing a game on their other screen during our remote session and tried to guilt trip me for cancelling my sessions with them.
Throughout the entire process I felt supported and seen. They treated me with respect and their clinical approach was realistic and provided me with clear details and hope for the future. I could not have gotten to where I am now without them.
