It was a nightmare he tells me he will get the stains out an its not a problem. The cleaning solution he uses smells like laundry soap an i didn't think anything of it an the equipment he used was quite old. I questioned him about it an he said the old machines are better made. I guess you could say he lifted the stain an made dog print stains into faded smeared stains into the carpet.
