Red Wagon Barbecue is seriously some of the best barbecue around. The meat was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The brisket was very greasy. They gave us nothing but a big piece of fat. We was very disappointed in this place.
I have been to a few places for BBQ in waco and this is by far the yummiest place ive been to! They are friendly, its a nice quiet restaurant they make everything homemade, and its priced so well! We will be coming back!
