I'm discussed and appalled by this company,I waited 12 weeks for them to give me a quote(lousy quote),they told me they were moving fair enough, gave them that,didn't have the courtesy to let me know that they had change hands though, nothing but excuses,they miss placed my file details,(crap),and told me they contacted me,YEAH RIGHT then they told me they weren't take my job request,(after my complaint) no doubt, during that waiting period I took my business elsewhere couldn't wait any longer, if this is how they treat ther... read more
This was our second roof replaced through Red Truck Roofing, and we have referred three other new roof jobs to Red Truck Roofing. All with the same wonderful service! They’re honest, reliable, friendly, local Australians…. and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended.
After calling them on 7 separate occasions over the space of 6 weeks (because they come highly recommended) I found them to be friendly when speaking with them but not good at all at follow up. Promises of call backs, promises of them coming out. Whether they do or don't do a good job with roofing in this instance I honestly couldn't tell you because they haven't come out to look as they're too busy. It would have been better if they were straight to begin with and simply say, 'sorry, we can't fit any more work in at the mom... read more
