This is NOT the first time. I request a day advance notice so I can pin my animals up. Haven't gotten that yet. I schedule a window of time from 8am-12pm. I am told a driver will be there and call ahead. No one calls, dogs are put away it is AFTER 4pm and no one shows up. I try contacting the office at 4:15pm (they are supposed to be open until 4:30) nothing but voice mail. Since they have gone under new management service and communication is HORRIBLE.
