My experience with this practice has been great all around. The receptionists are always very prompt and helpful in their responses to me, and my session with Dr Rohan was excellent!
Dr Chris French is very personable, knowledgeable, responsive and reassuring. He takes my needs and preferences seriously and goes the extra mile to find solutions that work for me. Overall he has made the long-term management of my chronic conditions a breeze. In past I have noticed it can be hard to reach the practice even during opening hours, however my recent interactions with the admin team have been pretty good.
good experience here. Reception staff helpful,kind, understanding and proffessional. I was served by Rara she went out of her way to come collect me from bottom floor at my 1st time to the clinic in Woolomoloo. I see Dr Lam Potang, he has listened to my needs and wants and worked with me to manage my medication. Thankyou to the whole red tree practice team.
