In August I put a $68 deposit down on a room. I returned a week later and canceled my reservation and requested my deposit back. Per, ***, a five to 10 day decision process must occur before deciding if I will get my deposit back!!Went back again in person and spoke to *** again. This time was given a email address to direct my deposit return!!Email address incorrect and no credit on my card 3 weeks later!!Better Business Bureau shall be informed and a complaint with the local police will be filed.
This hotel was infested with cockroaches and bed bugs in the rooms. Trash was everywhere. The structure of the building seems unsafe. The elevator hadnt been serviced in over 4 years. The hotel just had an overall smell of being unclean. The scoops for the ice were not store in a proper place and had filth on them. I canceled my reservation a month ago, but on May 28th, $168.00 was taken out of my account. I've been trying to call, and no one answers.
