DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR I have been a Realtor in Asheville and the surrounding counties for over 10 years. I have seen literally hundreds of homes during this time. Kevin and his team really came through for us in our time of need! We lost our bridge in the hurricane and spoke to several contractors. My husband and I chose Red Tree because of their expertise, professionalism, and kindness. They got the job done efficiently while working with a strict time frame due to the sale of a neighboring property and suffering harassment from some incredibly difficult neighbors that tried to obstruct the build. They stayed calm under pressure.
DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR I have direct knowledge of two projects that they completed that have potential structural issues. 1. A parade of homes winning home that they decided to place over the septic leach field. One of the lines ran under the corner of the home. The home owner had to spend tens of thousands of dollars to fix. 2. They built a bridge on my personal property that had no permits with Buncombe County.
