RedTree built our home in 2019 and we recently used them again for a renovation project. Brandon, Ashley, Rod and the whole team were amazing from start to finish. They were very professional, communicative and helpful in every aspect of the process. We were out of town for the renovation and completely trusted them to perform the work without us having to be there. We are thrilled with the results and whole heartedly appreciate them.

From the operations team to the project managers and ownership, there is a clear focus on creating an exceptional experience throughout every stage of the building process. Their team is organized, responsive, and proactive, which helps ensure projects run smoothly while keeping clients inf... read more
Our home was severely damaged during hurricane Helene, and was uninhabitable. Ross Davis, our PM, came out the following week to assess our damage. He was helpful in assisting us with the insurance process, explaining issues that arose during the project and answering our questions and concerns. We also took this opportunity and had some major renovation and improvements done. Gina was incredibly helpful and patient with my many questions regarding desig... read more
DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR I have been a Realtor in Asheville and the surrounding counties for over 10 years. I have seen literally hundreds of homes during this time. I have seen firsthand how sellers get burned by this company time and time again. I actually edited this review because they have threatened me with legal action if I did not change it. Kevin and his team really came through for us in our time of need! We lost our bridge in the hurricane and spoke to several contractors. My husband and I chose Red Tree because of their expertise, professionalism, and kindness. They got the job done efficiently while working with a strict time frame due to the sale of a neighboring property and suffering harassment from some incredibly difficult neighbors that tried to obstruct the build. They stayed calm under pressure.
