Really fresh and delicious, piping hot Thai dishes, as spicy as you like. If we are back to Dublin, we will definitely be back to Red Torch Ginger!!
Dinner was great. While we didn’t have reservations they were able to accommodate us at 6pm. Servers were very friendly. The establishment was very clean. I had the Phad Khee Mao which was perfectly spicy! I knocked off 1 star for service because we ordered spring rolls for an appetizer (server confirmed that we wanted it before the meals) and it never arrived. Not a huge deal as the dinner was very filling and delicious.
If you are looking for an authentic flavor, this spot is a must. The Thai food is spectacular. We ordered the Phad Kher Mao(drunken noodles), Phad Thai and the Thai GreenCurry, and all three dishes were yummy. The curry was velvety, rich, and perfectly spiced, while the Pad Thai had that elusive, smoky wok hei flavor and the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory notes. Cozy place with very friendly waiters. Food was decent, but not the really original taste I’d go for. Soup was tasty, but pretty salty.
