My car was involved in an accident 7/15/25. Originally my adjuster believe my vehicle would be a total loss. Due to this it was sent to a salvage yard. They then determined it was repairable. When trying to find a body shop that worked with my insurance my adjuster contacted Sue, who at the time agreed that yes they worked with my insurance. My vehicle was sent here after an accident by my insurance. When I received my vehicle back there were multiple serious issues. Paint color not matching Paint also looked terrible Bumper not installed correctly Multiple scratches some they caused Scratched my windshield while installing the hood Leaking transmission fluid Uneven gaps between body panels Very disappointed in the quality of work here. I have to taken my vehicle to Red Top Body Shop, LLC twice for work and have been completely satisfied with the quality of service provided. In addition, my mother has taken her vehicle to Red Top multiple times - as recently as September, 2025, in fact - to have body work done because she is consistently satisfied with their work.
Red Top Body Shop came through at the last minute for our company repairing 1 of our Kenworth semi-trucks! Their team provided excellent customer service and kept us informed along the way! We're very happy with the great work they did to repair our truck in a short time frame and keep our fleet moving!
I made an appointment, we got there and he didn’t know about it? Worked from home that day to accomodate it. Wanted 60$ per hour for the quote and said it would take 3 hours for the quote, nothing was mentioned about this on the phone before hand. Pretty annoying and disappointing, won’t be back.
