I chose Red Tie as he marketed himself really well. When the work was completed, I was happy with the deck. Even though it took four/five months. They showed up a lot at first and then started dwindling to showing up around 10 and leaving at 2. Less than two years later, not so happy. Hired this contractor for replacing skylights and fixing a roof leak(total cost $4500). In short, this work was never completed. Initial job scheduled 10/22/19. After that date, at no time was my roof not leaking into my house and causing damage. Alex attempted for 15+ days(between 10/22/19 and 3/24/20) to fix this and resolve significant leaking during every rain. I had to hire another company(Truguard) to complete the work.
