First year with Red Tail doing yard maintenance. They do a great job. I can count on them showing up regularly and they get the job done quickly. Our experience with them has been great.

Absolutely the worst!!! Billed for work that was never completed. Over promises and way way under delivers. Had them for our apartments, trees and bushes trimmed, but never finished the work. Bushes left, half done. They were supposed to weed and never did. When brought up to them all they did was spray the weeds, but never pulled any. I brought this up to them several times. With promises that they would make it right, but never did. I’m very patient but I will never use them again. I wouldn’t suggest that you would either.
My advice? Ask for Jake. Best and brightest worker at the place.
Driver flipped us off while failing to merge on a one lane street, failed to signal as well.
