Huge shoutout to Red Tail Catering for making our San Marcos office opening a success! They guided us through the entire menu selection, kept things budget-friendly, and their customer service was amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious (the brie and walnut quesadillas with honey drizzle are unforgettable). If you need catering in San Marcos and surrounding area, look no further—we’ll definitely be using them again.
Redtail Catering catered our Majong luncheon yesterday at Ocean Hills County Club. It was delicious. The chicken piccata , pasta, salad and vegetables were great. The cheese cake dessert was awesome. Best catered meal I’ve had in the six years I’ve lived here. I gave my daughter your info. She works at a large law firm in Carlsbad and they bring in food for corporate events. Hope they use you!

We went with Red Tail Catering for our backyard wedding reception. What initially drew us to them was the Santa Maria tri-tip option. We really wanted to do something very "West Coast" for our wedding and this was the perfect dish! Our tasting was INCREDIBLE, and perhaps our best surprise was the quality of the Vegetable Wellington they have as a vegetarian option.
