Great people to deal with, I have purchased a home from them and recommended my friends also . They do what they say they will do , that’s why they do a signed purchase agreement contract and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great customer experience . If you see a bad review of them it’s probably from a bully (always ask around about the person doing the review ) or it’s someone trying to get something for nothing. I have bought 2 mobile homes from dealers. Neither one would allow any holdback on money to guarantee the home was ok Red sun by line is i cannot do this because i didn't put iy in the contract we requested faced blocks instead of regular, we did not get them window screens had holes in them ,so we were told to take them somewhere to get them fixed if you buy a home get your best price neither place will follow up i would not reccommend red sun homes to anyone
