I thought my new shower insert had cracks on the seat. I was dreading replacing it. The Red Stick technician explained that it was where water hardened in some scratches. And, even though he was only there to diagnose, he buffed out the scratches and it was like new. He reassured me that the insert was strong and didn’t need to be replaced. What a relief, and the technician was so nice and professional. I appreciated that he went above and beyond. Thank you.
Did a superb job of refinishing three bathtubs and shower walls. Beautiful results, bathrooms are now brighter and far more appealing. Dennis did the work - polite, professional and experienced. Am very happy with the results.
