This is perhaps the worst orthopedics store either. I am a elderly army veteran who suffers from diabetes. Pursuant to Medicare regulations, I am allowed one pair of diabetic shoes a year. My doctor has sent a script over to Red Stick several times over the past year for my shoes. I was measured for my shoes by Red Stick almost a year ago. I was told the shoes would be in in about a month. Nearly a year later, I am still waiting for my shoes! Very unpleasant experience with this company they want return your calls. I waited 2 months nothing a big waste of time and money .
