This is perhaps the worst orthopedics store either. I am a elderly army veteran who suffers from diabetes. Pursuant to Medicare regulations, I am allowed one pair of diabetic shoes a year. My doctor has sent a script over to Red Stick several times over the past year for my shoes. I was measured for my shoes by Red Stick almost a year ago. I was told the shoes would be in in about a month. Nearly a year later, I am still waiting for my shoes! Very unpleasant experience with this company they want return your calls. I waited 2 months nothing a big waste of time and money .
Airways great customer service. (2022 update: still great service and quick repair.)
They have had my prescription since February 2022 it is August 30, 2022! Every time I call they tell me they should be in or let us check with the supplier and call you back. They never call and the staff is so unprofessional. I ask to speak to the supervisor their never available or they take your number for the hundredth time to tell you they will call.
