Great experience. I was visiting Port McNeill for work and my car wouldn't start. I called Carson, he identified the issue quickly over the phone and he came to my accommodations within the hour to jump start my car. I dropped my vehicle off at his shop and he had sourced the part and installed it the same day - I picked it up the same afternoon and was able to drive my own car to work! Amazing service and very reasonably priced. Thank you for everything Carson :)

i live in nanaimo and was in port mcneill for work when one of my coolant hoses burst and this shop was able to fix it immediately. he even asked me if he could replace another one that was feeling weak and did so. very glad because i thought i was going to be stuck here. huge thank you's and appreciation.

thought my car had something major wrong but carson fixed it in no time, removed the noise from our wheel and charged us honestly, need more shops like this
