Five stars all the way. Back in late April, while being advised by someone over the phone, I was trying to unclog my washing machine’s filter on the third floor of my condo, and even though I was prepared with a pan and towels, a gallon or two of dirty water poured out all over the floor, and leaked through my ceiling and onto the hardwood kitchen floor below. Really terrible response times. Never communicated with us about anything, after doing the mold remediation, never responded about fixing the gaping hole in our ceiling. Then a week later we found mold in the exact same spot. So we paid $1500 for them to rip a hole in our ceiling and only remove some of the mold problem. Do not recommend using them. Not sure why they bothered to respond - I did not hire them to do what they're referencing in their comment, they were hired to remove mold, and they didn't. Nothing to do with g... read more

I highly recommend Red Star Restoration for dryer vent pipe cleaning. Dave came right out when called. Price was very reasonable, and he did a great job cleaning the vent pipe. I will certainly call him back next time to do the vent pipe again.
