Really terrible response times. Never communicated with us about anything, after doing the mold remediation, never responded about fixing the gaping hole in our ceiling. Then a week later we found mold in the exact same spot. So we paid $1500 for them to rip a hole in our ceiling and only remove some of the mold problem. Do not recommend using them.
We recently had our gutters cleaned by Stephen‘s company. It was a waste of money. He actually used a long nozzle power washer to clean out the gutters that had gutter guards. He never REMOVED the guards! He didn’t even have a ladder that reached the top of the gutters to see if there was any debris. I wasted $270.00!!! Ended up calling another company who showed us the debris in the gutters that was collected at the down spouts! Such a scam. We were hoodwinked!
Hired them to clean out my gutters and have had a nightmare of flooding in basement since then. Owner admitted fault by not using the correct equipment and instead of unclogging the gutters they jammed up downspouts which caused top gutters to overflow and cause major water damage and mold. Completely blew me off for days and never got back to me knowing rain was coming in the next few days. Incredibly professional: showed up on time, scheduled an estimate quickly, was incredibly kind and walked me through the entire process. Spend extra time explaining how mold spreads/works, and how it needs to be treated. Spent extra time writing out two estimates (one for the work as I requested, and one for the work he recommended).
