Red Star serviced an issue on the furnace in my house in July. They determined that the furnace was working fine, no issues at all. Now heating season is here and the same issue is happening. I called back and was told there is nothing they will do for me because it was the previous owner who had the service preformed. In short, they will not stand behind their work.

Dishonest company and do yourself a favor, stay away from them. I was in a rush to find a company to service my boiler and the owner said that yes she can schedule me in couple days, but I have to sign up for at least 100 gallon oil delivery to become the customer before can get the service. I provide the credit card but ask her hold delivery till she can confirm she can do the service within the time I needed.
