His pricing was fair, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for reliable, honest HVAC professional, I would absolutely recommend this company. I’ll definitely be using them again for future maintenance and services.

This is my first 5 star rating for a company. Aaron is an honest reliable techincian. Red Star has competive pricing. I have been using Red Star for my furnance along with purchasing an air conditioner. I would not hesitate to recommend Aaron for your HVAC needs. I am grateful for his honesty and fast service.

Aaron came quickly and did a great job at recharging our A/C and fixing a small leak. Great service, friendly and very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again!

I hate having to write a negative review, but I think people in Port Hope and surrounding areas need to hear my experience with Aaron Crawley of Red Star Heating and Air. My furnace died in the middle of the night and so I called a few techs before one finally answered. The HVAC tech I got hold of that night told me my furnace needed a new control board, but it would take 4 weeks to source one.
