For a place that sells $300 jeans should consider working on their value-adding activity. There were 4 girls working/chatting when I walked in. I was the only customer in the store as a browsed, not one of them asked if I needed anything or could be helped in any way. Stores are suffering due to COVID. Plus, I do most of my shopping online. Customer service was much better a few stores down in American Eagle. You should take a few lessons from them.
I shopped at the Renaissance location or really any location for the first time today. I don’t know the girls’ names who waited on me, but they were fabulous!! The jean selection is 🏻. Very patient and I really felt like they were honest about what looked good on me! I will definitely be a regular now!
