I've been renting with red spud for over a year now. I've had several different storage units in the past 20 years. I love this storage facility the most. It's got safety, good prices & good size units. I've always been able to get ahold of someone with call/ text to help resolve any issues. With my experience Red Spud has been great to work with & great to communicate with. Would recommend to anyone looking for stage.

It's ok but there kinda hostile if you don't pay on the first of the month 😆
After renting for a few years they started charging 10% extra for renters insurance. They never asked if we wanted it and didn't give us the option to get our own insurance. They just added it to our monthly bill and never responded about the extra unauthorized cost.
