Director shows no empathy for residents. Some of the employees constantly yell at residents and call them names like stupid or ugly. I know these things because I lived there for four years.
THEY CLAIM THEY NEED PEOPLE BUT NEVER HIRE ANYONE. THAT BALDHEADED RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE AND THEY STANK
Awesome facility loves their patients and takes very good care of them!
