Red Sparrow has been a blessing for me. I have used there service for a while now. Their prices are good (better then any taxi iv taken )Their diver Eric is always on time and well mannered.I ask for him every time. Also according to the other post someone said they have no insurance that is a lie you can ask them for proof of it and they will show you. i refuse to drive with an uninsured driver. Also im sure they do not allow anybody with no license to drive i mean you can always ask to see there license.
This is the way to go... – My wife and I have used the services of Red Sparrow twice so far, and I?m positive that?s just the beginning. The staff is friendly and efficient, and our drivers were prompt, courteous, and, above all SAFE. From what it seems, these drivers aren?t people who just fall into this industry, but people who take pride in what they do, and do it well! Big thanks to Al for serving our country and keeping his neighborhood in good spirits during the Christmas season! Red Sparrow, we'll see you soon.
Too Bad – THANKS ? They stink. The woman who answers the phone wants people to kiss her a___ to use that service. They fired this black guy I know. Any minority who calls that service will have problems with that woman on thwe phone.

as an ex driver for the sparrow i can tell you yhat you dont know how bad they really are,for starters,how about keeping drivers so broke that they are forced to stay on the road for more hours than is safe or legal,they charge tax but dont pay tax,they nearly grab you by the neck when you you are near their car and proposition you to ride with them and them only,unsafe cars,no brakes,bad front ends,bad tires,drinking drivers,its a dangerous gamble.this is no b.s.
Avoid!! – A driver for this company backed into my truck. THEY DON'T HAVE INSURANCE!!! They lied about everything Now I have to go back to Ohio to pursue further legal action.
DRIVERS WITH NO LICENSE – RED SPARROW TRANSPORTATION LETS ITS DRIVERS ON THE ROAD WITH NO DRIVERS LICENSE . I KNOW OF ONE DRIVER HIS NAME IS SEAN BRADFORD AND HE HIS OVER 36,000 DOLLARS BEHIND IN CHILD SUPPORT AND CAN'T GET HIS LICENSE BACK. IS THIS SAFE FOR THE CUSTOMERS TO BE IN THE CAR WHILE HE IS UNDER THE WHEEL? NO. IF THERE IS AN ACCIDENT AND YOU ARE HURT WILL THE INSURANCE EVEN PAY , BECAUSE HE HAS NO LICENSE? I DOUBT IT . YOU CAN CALL CPS IN CLEVLAND OHIO AND CONFIRM THIS.
