This company is unbelievable. Unless you are ok with working for this company for free, on your own time, do not rent from them. There are plenty of locally owned storage units that can provide actual customer service. Upon arrival, with a huge loaded truck, paying another person hourly to help us, and a sleeping toddler, we were met with a storage unit door that would not open due to a dead battery. You don't use your own lock here. You use their app and electronic lock. Cool. Except when the lock on your door runs out of batteries. Call and I'm informed that I can replace the batteries myself. They're located on site, along with the necessary tool. Sooo.... I'm paying them $1,500+ dollars per year and i get to be their maintenence team as well. No thank you. We just drove 11 hours with a rental trailer only to discover the built-in electronic lock that you are required to have from the facility is dead, and we are unable to open our unit to empty it. If this issue can be resolved in the next few hours, I will change my review. For now, renter beware. Update: We finally got ahold of them, and they told us someone would be out to help us within the hour. No one showed up.
