So far, the worst storage facility I have had the displeasure or dealing with. After over a year of use, they changed my entry code with no notice. New code doesn't work, old code doesn't work. No customer support during access hours. Found an email saying the rates are the same under new management yet it went up $10 a month with the takeover. You must install an app to access your unit, no disc lock like you'd find everywhere else. I bought a cordless grinder for the next time I can't access my things.
Awful service. No response to email. A big sign on fence saying first month free then saying nope that's not the case. Horrible place. Do not rent here.
This place is a disaster. I’ve had them update my card now for automatic payment several times and i still get a message saying that my bill hasn’t been paid.
SCAM!! Avoid this place at all costs. This facility is an absolute nightmare. I’ve been a loyal customer for a year, paying $179 a month for a 10x30 unit, only to discover they’re renting the exact same units to new customers for just $135. I uncovered this pricing discrepancy when I went to rent a second unit, and to make matters worse, they had the nerve to try and hike my insurance premium from $10 to $12 for the exact same $2k coverage. I am only giving one star because I am waiting for a refund, if I actually receive one in a timely manner then I won't bumb it down to zero stars. I called and reserved a unit at this place and they were quick to take my money. It took me 4 hours to figure out how to find an access code to get into the yard and another two days to download an app in order to get into my unit itself. I never succeeded entry into that unit because the app sent the code somewhere else and there was no alternative way to receive it such as e-mai... read more
