The storage sheds are very nice and the customer service was very accommodating. I’m happy with my choice to pick them.
This is where I'd tell my mom to go if she was needing storage! They have great customer service when you need it, and automation in all the right places. These guys have storage dialed in!
Locks don’t work. Battery dead and lock. Call center in India won’t get back to you. Say it’s repaired not repaired. I’ve wasted three hours on three trips trying to get into my unit which I pay for and I’m locked out. This place sucks stay away.
I recently moved into this storage facility and was initially very happy with my decision. The unit is clean, easy to access, and the property feels secure—definitely a step up from my last location. Unfortunately, within my first week, I caught three mice in traps I had set proactively, which was disheartening since rodent issues were the exact reason I moved here in the first place. This company is unbelievable. Unless you are ok with working for this company for free, on your own time, do not rent from them. There are plenty of locally owned storage units that can provide actual customer service. Upon arrival, with a huge loaded truck, paying another person hourly to help us, and a sleeping toddler, we were met with a storage unit door that would not open due to a dead battery.
