Same issue as others on here...drove to my unit only to find the door wont open. Call support and told they would escalate the issue,....2 days later still waiting and havent gotten a response. Update - thank you for the response but there is no voicemail message from anyone and when I called the support number an hour ago they said they had no updates.
Clean unit and accessible, mostly. Just dropped by on a Saturday afternoon to grab my grill for a family cookout and arrived at the unit only to find out that I couldn’t open it because of the battery being too low. The only option is to call the office number that is listed on the all, which isn’t an issue if they actually answer or let you leave a voicemail but when I called all I got was an automated machine that tells me call 911 for an emergency or call back Monday and then hangs up. Very nice location! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Highly recommended.
This place is a disaster. Three times I have went there, and every single time the POS battery is dead on my storage unit. We are in the middle of leaving town. We went to go get all of our things, and once again the battery is dead, and zero spare battery’s in the battery storage area. Next time I come back, if the battery is still dead, I am cutting through the door with a grinder. For the POS owner who never address the issues, please don’t bother commenting on my review, just go fix your garbage facility!
