I had an excellent experience. Jack responded promptly and was able to come the same day I contacted him. He repaired a minor section of my roof that was damaged by wind and also inspected the rest of the roof for reasonable price.

I had a small roof leak and Jack was able to come over that day and take a look. Drain on the flat roof was frozen and loaded up with leaves - he broke up all the ice, cleaned the drain, and cleared a bunch of the snow built up on the roof, and the leaking stopped. Jack was very professional, got the job done quickly, and was not expensive. Will definitely be hiring him again in the spring to inspect the roof and re-check the seams near the drain

We had several small slow leaks on either side of a third-storey dormer on a fairly steeply pitched roof. These had stumped the previous roofer who was only able to effect a temporary fix by applying membrane material over two large areas. Jack did an excellent job helping troubleshoot a leak in our roof - he came over quickly, great attention to detail, and gave us a through summary of the work. He noticed and fixed things other roofers did not find. Highly recommend.

I had a roof leak and the owner Jack arrived promptly and was able find and repair it quickly. Jack also cleared my flat roof drain, eaves troughs, and checked for any other possible problems. Jack was professional, is very experienced and reasonably priced. I recommend his service.
