I am flabbergasted by my experience at this Red Seal Notary. Totally did not expect a standard fingerprint service to be so delightful. Mary kindly helped me through the whole process. She explained every step thoroughly with patience and clarity. She was extremely cheerful and humorous, tried to make the process very fun by making quite a few snarky jokes along the way. One of the best notary place I’ve been too. Especially David he’s very helpful and even helps me fill up my form. I definitely come back here in the future and I recommend this place to everyone.
Mary was just amazing! She is so warm and welcoming and that certainly helped with my nerves dealing with documentation for a very important process. She was very thorough and took her time to explain and verify details to ensure accuracy! Highly recommended!

I was originally told by the Consulate to go to the other Red Seal branch but was told by the staff there to go to this branch instead (wasn't told why), but the amazing customer service by Mary in this branch made me think that the earlier inconvenience was worth it. She turned my frown upside down as she cheerfully guided me throughout the whole process, making the mundane task of fingerprinting more interesting (I learned something new too.)
