Very disappointing experience — poor management, poor communication, and poor workmanship. Our condo hired this company to replace boiler vent insulation, but the entire process was a nightmare. The first worker simply dropped off the materials and badly damaged the roof. They quickly sent another repairman who was polite but clearly unskilled — he only covered the damage with wall putty to make it look okay. If i could give less than 1 star I would!!!!!!!!!! NEVER use this company. They are total scammers. They "fixed" my furnace but didn't fix the underlying issue and on top of it all totally overcharged me. Then when the same problem happened again less than 30 days later they told me I would have to pay for the labor again and someone to just come look at it even though I was advised from the beginning that there was a 3 month warranty. Property management uses this company for our building. Felt the invoice was completely fair, no overcharges. I'm in the renovation industry so well aware of how much stuff should cost. Old company that the building used was a complete rip off. Would recommend this company. Thanks
Dan came in to clean our heat recovery unit in my office, as requested by building management. He was very pleasant and completed the job very quickly, our filters were extremely dirty and had to be replaced, he returned within a few days to replace them with new ones and cleaned up the mess before he left which was highly appreciated. I was very happy with the results and professionalism from this company, would definitely recommend to anybody needing services.
