Mike is very passionate in bringing people the best training , great coaches, great atmosphere.
Red Sea is a great place to go if you want to do something different with your fitness. Mike and his staff know what they are doing and are there to help you along to achieve your goals. It isn't easy getting in shape but they can help you attain that. Also these guys are great with kids and doing kids programs. If you want your kids to stay fit, get them into kids cross fit!
Love the atmosphere when you step into the Ignite gym! Everyone is very welcoming and helpful! Mike is very informative and knowledgeable in preformance!
Welcoming place to get fit! Small groups with personalized tips and training. CrossFit might seem intimidating, but everything here was broken down into achievable movements that were appropriate for me. LOVED that I could bring my kiddos!
Great facilities, very clean and has all the equipment for a great workout. Awesome locally owned gym.
