Cameron took the time to listen to me and is trying to figure out what’s wrong with me he is truly amazing. He knows more than my regular doctor. Love this place and will be back .
After several attempts calling the clinic to make medication refill appointments, and getting voicemail, I felt Red Sands was too risky to continue going to. I need monthly med checks for refills, and I became afraid I would run out of medication if no one was in the office to take my call. Ashley Hines, my clinician, is great but the lack of a receptionist is worrisome, almost all my calls went to voicemail. EDIT!: From the time I uploaded this review to now, Red Sands has improved tremendously! The receptionists and secretaries are all fantastic, and are excellent with solving issues over the phone, and getting back to you if they aren’t available! The only reason i’m editing this review instead of removing it, is because I hope anyone who has seen this in the past will see this, and know this review to be outdated and no longer true! Rocky and Paige are fantastic Psychiatrists, but for some reason the receptionists are NEVER available to pick up the phone. I have been getting my medication through Red Sands for over two years now, and there has never been a single time that I’ve been able to get ahold of them over the phone. No matter how many times I call, i’m always left with their answering machine. This has led to me going without my medication for sometimes up to 5 days because I can’t get get ahold of them to SEND IN NY PRESCRIPTION. Nearly every m... read more
