I am beyond disappointed by the service offered by Red Sands Property Management. Asking them to manage a property essentially means writing them a blank check. They will perform the repairs they deem necessary, and they will set the rates. They failed to properly screen the tenants they selected; the tenants ended up being a nightmare to deal with, never mind the thousands of dollars we lost due to the damage they caused.
