Fantastic experience with Red Sands! They made my experience so easy to get my property and were very flexible to work and arrange around my schedule and needs. Each staff person I talked to was extremely pleasant!
Red Sands is the definition of a bait-and-switch. They advertise properties at around $250 a night, which looks reasonable—until you notice the outrageous admin fees and $400–$500 cleaning fee slapped on for just a two-night stay. That’s nearly double the cost of the room itself, disguised as a “fee.” When our family of 4 had to cancel due to the Air Canada strike, they refused to refund a single cent, not even the outrageous cleaning fee for a place we never set foot in.
