We rented two properties from Red Sands in Stanley Bridge for our wedding. The two spaces were beautiful, and so well maintained. Alex was so great with communication throughout the booking process, and also while we were at the locations. His team went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything for our stay and it was stress free. They even had a personalized cake and prosecco waiting for us when we got there. We will definitely be using their services again, can’t speak highly enough about the team!
I’ve stayed at multiple vacation properties this company manages and have had incredible experiences with each one!
worst company ever, we live in one of the properties they manage, no matter how many problems we have they never resolve them , if you try to call them they won’t answer and if is the portal they would simply close the complaint without even any response, we have had multiple problems but 0 solution, i really wish could find a new place and get rid of them
