A great hotel with an incredibly kind staff, comfy public spaces and great amenities. We ate at the restaurant several times and all of our meals were delicious. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here because they are dog friendly. It's an okay place to stay, but can't highly recommend. The spa didn't even seem like it was open. The walking path in the back is covered with weeds. Our room had a small patio in the back but you wouldn't really want to sit there because it was windy and dingy. They really need to update the entire place. The food in the restaurant was fairly good. They do serve breakfast in the morning but it's not included. We chose to eat breakfast elsewhere.

I’ve spent over 10+ hours on the phone over the course of 5 days with customer service at the Red Sands Hotel in Torrey UT. I never checked in. I had to cancel my trip due to flooding and extreme rain/wind. I was told twice over the phone by Erica that my cancelation was approved for a full-refund but they didn’t take appropriate notes nor did they take action. Now they are saying I checked-in, when I in fact did not. I have an open case with my Credit Card escalations team so they can prompt resolution. Now I am out $400+ a... read more

Great location near Capitol Reef. We stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner there too. We had sunset views from our room.
