Red Salt offers delicious fare that I definitely recommend trying whilst in the Poipu area. The breakfast is ono- lobster Benedict, açaí bowl (one of the best I’ve had) were my personal favorites. For dinner, we ordered via room service so didn’t get the full menu options, but we enjoyed the dishes we did order (although the ahi ravioli could use some Improvement). The ribs and jidori chicken were amongst our favorites. We also loved the sushi (and the sushi chefs and evening bartender!)
The server, Ashely, was extremely rude and had attitude, waited forever for the orders to be taken and the food to arrive. The ribeye was more fat than meat and was chewy. The half of tomato and broccolini was sad-for a lack of a better description. Extremely disappointing experience. The Mai Thai was good.
Great service and nice atmosphere. The food is amazing. I've never had octopus so tender and the scallops are delicious. Great place to eat. Highly recommend.
Red Salt was recommended to tour party by Courtney at Sandwich Isle. So glad. The food, atmosphere and service made this our favorite dining spot. Plentiful dining options, food presentation was as delicious to look at as it was to eat. A great way to spend time — it will be a special event. Make reservations.
