Ordered the 10oz strip, 25% of the steak was grissle and what I could eat was chewy... No seasoning on the steak ..temp was cooked wonderfully though.. service was great .. overheard the table next to us saying the scallops were small and the brussel sprouts were undercooked... They were disappointed with their meal..
Very good experience with the food, atmosphere and staff. We ate: *Margherita pizza- very good from a open flame pizza oven. *Grilled chicken fettuccine Alfredo- also very good. Would've liked to see hand cut/grilled chicken but it appeared to be likely frozen, grilled and sliced. But still good. *Cesar salad- fancy presentation, very good dressing, large strips of parmesan cheese. Very tasty. *Garlic Crispy Brussels- very good! My husband and I wanted a nice upscale restaurant to finish out the day of shopping and driving back home from Taos.. we have dinned there before and had great food and service.. this time the food was mediocre, big box chains had better food. Omg. The food was so good, we want to bring our son to enjoy these steaks. It was a little over priced. But for once in awhile, not bad.
Where do I start. Salad-had to cut my own lettuce into bites, croutons is more of bread slises=eating with hands. Main course : I was treat as kitchen staff. I had to peel my own vegetables in order to eat them. Server through a fit because he expected a big tip, but he should seek cook for it. If I have to do actual work witch kitchen staff should have done i should have no tip at all. Best thing was desert.
