I worked for Scott and Alex through a Tara Mark event group on dec. 22, 2019. I have yet to get paid and today is January 5th, 2020. Tara stop responding and will not give a phone number or any definite pay day. I only picked up the shift for extra money for holidays, specifically, my wife's birthday which is today. I was not sure what to expect for the catered dinner party, but Alex exceeded our expectations in every way. The food and professional presentation was a real hit with me and my guests. I would not hesitate to use Red Sage Catering in the future!
