We needed to upgrade our video cameras and door entry devices that were out dated. Their dedicated and professional employees profided the services and products that we more than expected. Thank you all so much!
I was severely mislead by this company. After receiving email quotes with a monthly payment, I only purchased this service since I was selling the property in a few months time. Even after explaining my circumstances, I was led to believe that I was signing on for a monthly service when I was contracted under a 5 year term. After the house was sold, I was told I owed over $2,000.00 to cancel the contract. Please carefully look over what they are trying to sell you. I am writing this for a disabled friend - as the service address was not my house. Eric came out to do the fire safety annual check and was very helpful, skillful and professional. He did maintenance on all of the detector/monitors as well as updating the security system. He did a great job refreshing the owner on some of the useful features of the system. Great update and a wonderful representative of your company. Great job!
I registered my employee for a cpr class (that is still available mind you) just for her to show up and be told their cpr person moved and they “don’t know” why you can still register. They had days to reach out and let us know this was the case before she showed up for nothing.
