Icing on the cake, after I wrote this review the owner wrote very long messages to me on messenger about how he was sorry and which he'd known of the situation and would have handled things differently. He said he'd like to make it right because that's not how he does business. Well after I responded with how he could make it right, he just quit talking. I’m very happy and relieved to find local car care I can trust! After dealers pushing more to be done on every oil change and chains doing incomplete jobs leaving oil leaking I finally found a place and I’m looking forward to going back to Red’s Garage. I’ve owned cars for over 50 years and I’ve never said that before.
Been coming to this shop for the last year or two. They do very good work, have fair prices, and everyone there is really nice. I highly recommend them.
After an astronomical quote from the dealer I brought it here for a 2nd opinion. Not only did they fix the electrical problem(so far so good), they saved me a bundle. Will be using these guys in the future and recommending to friends n family.
