I moved here in February, the apartment is nice. Parking sucks you have to fight for a parking spot. People do not clean up after their dog. Dog poop everywhere especially building 13 the lady in the first apartment downstairs just lets her dog out by its self and never cleans up behind it. We will not be renewing our lease
Pretty bad customer service. Not helpful at all.
The light in my bedroom now takes 3-5 minutes to come on. I put in request to have it fixed. I get responses that the work is complete. I go home and turn on my light and it still takes too long to come on. I put in lots of requests. Then paul calls me and told me to stop putting in requests. He said a fan has been ordered. Absolutely the worst place to live. They will lie and make promises and never keep them. They are total crooks. I lived here for 5 years. Never paid my rent late and even referred people here that of course didn’t stay past their first lease. I had to move from building 12 two years in because of all the drugs in that building to building 9 and was promised that they would replace the rugs and flooring in the new unit. They did replace the flooring but not the rug. When I went to move out they charged me for the old rug and ... read more
